Nature's Peak Cabin

Important things to acknowledge: • 10 Guests Maximum • Amenities Access card will be available and must be left inside the cabin prior checkout. • We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. We provide a brand new kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. In addition, a couple bottles of water and starter pantry items such as coffee, sugar/sweeteners, creamer, coffee filters, salt & pepper oil and BBQ seasoning will be available for your use. Note You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay. • All our bathrooms will have bath and hand towels, a hair dryer as well as shower products (vegan, paraben and alcohol free). • We do not provide cable TV but all our TVs have streaming capabilities so you can login to your different streaming services using your own USERNAME & PASSWORDS to the streaming services. You will be automatically logged out when you leave. • There is room to park 4 vehicles maximum. There is no street side parking as it will block the road. • The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival. • While in the mountains, there are a few items you need to consider: • Depending on your cell phone provider, you may experience spotty service in the area. • We are part of a private community, so yes to neighbors • While we have the fastest speed available internet in the area, streaming services with WiFi may be limited by weather and signals. • We are up in the mountain so please use caution while driving through. As for the winter months, we do recommend the use of Snow tires and/or four-wheel drive. In the event it snows, steep streets may be difficult to get up if not driving the appropriate vehicle. • In this beautiful area, you are exposed to nature and with that you might encounter the wildlife such as bugs, deers and even bears to prevent attracting them, garbage must be kept inside of the cabin until you are ready to drop it off at the designated dumpster location. This must happen at checkout. • Unless is an emergency, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. • Indoor fireplace will be closed from April 1- October 1 as with every cabin in the area. • No late-check out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be an $150. • Absolutely no fires inside or out except for fireplaces during winter months. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $200.00 plus damages. • No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/ other things that are beyond our control. • If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the cabin immediately. This is for your protection. • If you bring an unauthorized pet, you will be charged an additional $300.00 and you will be asked to leave. Pre authorized service animals are allowed to visit Nature's Peak Cabin. • Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that's not toilet paper. Peloton Bike Use: • In order to use the Peloton bike to it best capacity, you will need to log in with your ALL ACCESS account credentials. If you don't have one but would like to create on for your stay, see below instructions: New Guests Wanting to create All-Access Membership for $39.00 per month. 1 - Call Peloton Membership Support. 2 - Request to create an All-Access Membership for Bike. 3 - Login to Bike with email address/activation key (Ask to have the activation key emailed, so you may locate it at a later time as well). 4 - Upon leaving the cabin you can call to cancel the All-Access Membership, this way you are not paying for it while not using the Bike PLEASE NOTE: You must factory reset the Bike to ensure your information is no longer tied to the Bike.
